Ferme et Forêt

Farm Tour: July 21, 2019

Ever wondered how shiitake mushrooms are grown in the woods, or how a modern maple syrup operation works, or what’s the difference between a blackberry and a black raspberry? Here’s your chance to find out, with a FREE guided tour of all the weird and wacky things going on at Ferme et Forêt. You’ll see sheep, chickens, pigs, bees, berries, mushrooms, the sugar shack, garlic, asparagus, flour corn, and some of the wild things that grow on our land.

Tour runs from 1:30 – 3:30. If you plan on attending, please send an email to lefarmteam@fermeetforet.ca with the number of people in your group, so we get an idea of numbers.

Tours will be in English only. Please wear appropriate footware for walking around a farm, and dress for the weather, sun, bugs, etc.
