Community Rate: $35/hour (grassroots organizers, educators, those just starting out)
Professional Rate: $50/hour (organizations or facilitators charging participants/generating income)

Commercial Kitchen
A licensed commercial kitchen perfect for caterers, food entrepreneurs, and cooking workshops. We are open to fostering peer collaboration and support by providing a space to network, exchange ideas, and potentially collaborate. Kitchen rentals can range from one-time use to multi-year contracts.
Full-day rate: $100 (8 hours)
Half-day rate: $55 (4 hours)
Hourly: $15/hour
Stainless prep tables, large sink, commercial convection oven, dishwasher, food processor, small mixer, steam juicer, juicer, canning equipment, flour mill, scale, dehydrator, and candy thermometer.
Additional options: cold room storage, dry storage, would consider the possibility of shared procurement of equipment.
Kitchen + Event Space Bundle
Ideal for retreats, cooking classes, or gatherings that blend food and facilitation.
Community Rate: $45/hour
Professional Rate: $60/hour

Private Office/Studio Space
A beautifully furnished office with a window, available on a part-time basis. Perfect for remote workers, therapists, healers, or creatives seeking focus and inspiration.
1 day/week: $125/mo
2 days/week: $245/mo
3 days/week: $365/mo
Included Amenities: bathroom access, high speed fibre optic internet, parking, and electricity
Backyard + Other Options
Host a magical outdoor dinner – or other event – surrounded by fields and forest.
Included: Grounds, parking, bathroom, optional indoor space backup, flexible kitchen use.
