Farm stand now open!

We’ve thawed out our farm stand after a cold winter and it’s now open from Friday – Monday, 10am – 5pm, until the next ice age descends on us this fall.

We’ve got a ton of eggs (the hens are laying like spring chickens again); gallons of maple syrup (hot off the evaporator), as well as frozen maple sap (a refreshing spring tonic); our addictive granola; various pickles, compotes, and mustards made from wild foods by Gourmet Sauvage (Genevieve’s uncle and wild foods guru); as well as a line of herbal teas carefully blended from our gardens and wild plants growing in our region. We’re also checking our mushroom logs in the forest and hope to have shiitake mushrooms soon available for sale.
