Maple Pie


Adapted from a tarte au sucre recipe from Geneviève’s father, we make our maple pies with no sweetener other than our own dark maple syrup. Add to that pastured organic eggs, organic milk, organic butter, and pie shells handmade by Perth’s Delicious Baking, and you’ve got one delectable treat.

Pies are nine inches in diameter.
