You’ve probably seen sumac growing along the edge of roadways. It has tall conical clusters of red berries. We extract the flavour from these berries, and take the edge off their tartness with a touch of organic sugar. The end result is a lemon-aid like drink, refreshing on a hot summer’s day, and a great addition to cocktails. And it has more vitamin C than a glass of orange juice.
