Greg Lipin, right, and Jody Miall have recently opened North of 7 Distillery on St Laurent Blvd., Ottawa's first craft distillery, where they make and sell gin, vodka, rum, unaged 4 grain whiskey and have begun aging Canadian whisky which they expect be sold in 2017.
